Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics provides a framework to make good choices, how to be lawful, highly principled and socially responsible in all of our business practices.

This ethics hotline is for employees and other interested parties to ask a question or make a report regarding any ethics and compliance matters such as:

  • Environment, Health and Safety
  • Substance Abuse
  • Threats and Physical Violence

  • Theft, Fraud or Embezzlement
  • Misuse of Resources

The information you submit or any questions you ask will be treated confidentially.

The AlertLine is administered by a third party service that will forward your report to Aspen’s Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Vice-President of Human Resources who have been designated to receive information from the ethics hotline.

To Make a Report

By Phone

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
